Dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap corporate customer maka dibutuhkan penambahan tenaga outsourcing untuk posisi Agent C4 ( Corporate Customer Care Center ) dengan penempatan di wilayah Jakarta.

Sehubungan dengan komitmen manajemen DIVES untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada corporate customer maka dibutuhkan beberapa tenaga outsourcing agent C4 (agent call center 08001TELKOM) , dengan kualifikasi sbb :
Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan untuk posisi tsb adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Usia maksimal 27 tahun
2. Pendidikan terakhir minimal setingkat D3/S1, Jurusan : Teknik Elektro Telekomunikasi, Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi
4. Berbadan sehat dinyatakan oleh Dokter / Unit Kesehatan Resmi.
5. Lulus tahapan seleksi : Tes Tulis (dasar-dasar jaringan dan komunikasi data) dan Interview
6. Sanggup menjalankan kontrak kerja minimal selama 1 tahun.

Lingkup pekerjaan agent call center 08001TELKOM antara lain :
1. Menerima incoming call dari corporate customer & outgoing call progress penanganan ggn.
2. Troubleshooting ringan terhadap jaringan komunikasi data, TCP IP, Router, MODEM, dll
3. Melakukan koordinasi penanganan ggn dengan unit2 PO/backroom terkait
4. dll..
